Outdated Profile Criteria
The Profile Update Request Agent flags profiles as outdated based on the following criteria:
- Time Since Last Update: Profiles not updated in the past 24 months are automatically marked as outdated.
- Invalid or Missing Contact Information: If a customer's contact details (phone, email) have bounced back or show invalid information.
- Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have shown no activity, such as logins, purchases, or interactions, for 18 months or more.
- Outdated Preferences: If a customer's communication preferences or product interests have not been updated in more than 12 months.
Each customer receives a personalized update request based on the data in their profile. The agent checks profiles weekly and sends a reminder if necessary after 10 days.
