Yes — all of that. Fraud detection is a must-have from day one. Predictive analytics can come in phase two if necessary, but authentication needs to be best-in-class from launch.

Can you clarify your current system dependencies? Are we working with any legacy core banking systems, or is this a complete greenfield project?
John McAllister:
We have a legacy core that we’re keeping for now. We’ll need robust APIs to integrate with it. Also, we have some in-house services — KYC, AML — that we want to reuse.
David Chen:
And just to flag — the project must maintain a 99.99% uptime SLA. Also, the customer service function needs to be multilingual, as we serve clients across Europe and parts of North America.
Sarah Patel:
On the infrastructure side, we’re open to cloud deployment. AWS is preferred because we already have compliance programs in place, but Azure is possible if there’s a strategic reason.
Elena Roberts:
Got it. Any concerns about internal resource capacity from your side?
David Chen:
We’ll have a small in-house project management team, but most of the heavy lifting will be on your side.
Marcus Hill:
