ATTACHED DRAFT: MANAGED SERVICES AGREEMENT


This Managed Services Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective as of October 26, 2023, by and between InnovateCorp, ("Provider") and Quantum Dynamics ("Client").


1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information disclosed during the term of this Agreement.
