Continuous validation logic checks for gaps, conflicts, and inconsistencies, ensuring a reliable, up-to-date system of record for all renewal workflows.

1. Term Extension:
The current subscription term, set to expire on 01 September 2024, is hereby extended for an additional twelve (12) months. The new contract end date shall be 01 September 2025.


2. Scope of Service Modification:
The number of authorized user licenses under the "Enterprise Analytics Suite" will be increased from Two Hundred (200) to Two Hundred and Fifty (250).


3. Pricing and Payment Terms Adiustment:
Effective from the renewal date of 01 September 2024, the Annual Subscription Fee will be adjusted to Fifty-Five Thousand US Dollars ($55,000.00 USD). This reflects the addition of 50 user licenses. The payment schedule remains Net 30 as per the original agreement.


4. Confirmation of Terms:
All other terms, conditions, and stipulations of the original Master Service Agreement (InnovateCorp-QD-8851) shall remain in full force and effect, unchanged by this amendment.


This amendment is agreed upon and executed by the duly authorized representatives of both parties.
